Michelle Cudd, President

Michelle joined RHL Inc. as President in 2015 after more than 25 years in senior positions in business development and marketing in the financial services industry. Utilizing her skills in banking, insurance, sales, strategic planning, business development, and marketing strategy, she is responsible for the RHL company vision, as well as day-to-day operations and oversight of the properties.  Michelle is also the executive director of the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing [TAAH]. 

 

​An avid golfer, reader, traveler, and home chef, Michelle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Middle Tennessee State University and lives in Nashville with her husband and energetic Wheaton terrier .

Cynthia Hurst, Operations Manager

RHL Operations Manager

A Troy University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business, Cynthia has worked for RHL Inc. and Holiday House properties since 2007.  Originally from lower Alabama, and the daughter of a Marine pilot, she works to uphold her family tradition of service to country and community.

 

As Operations Manager, Cynthia works with the President on day-to-day operations, manages company finances, as well as providing oversight and resources to property managers.  Cynthia is also the Operations Director of the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing [TAAH]

Emily brings a colorful combined background of 20+ years in property, business and construction management within multi-family housing, self-storage facilities, hospitality, as well as a fleet install operations company.  She maintains and develops the websites and social media accounts of our company and also The  Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing [TAAH].  She is driven to serve others and enjoys jumping in and getting her hands dirty, she is a problem solver.  

She enjoys her weekends, traveling, fishing and antiquing!  Life’s too short not to see what Holiday House of Woodbury has to offer stop in or call today to see what home looks like!
